Helpful information for navigating in the “organic regulation pages”:

EU Regulations’ page

.

.

  • All consolidated versions of the regulations (meaning the versions that have incorporated all amendments in the basic act) are hyperlinked and “bold” and lead you to the respective .pdf file at the EU portal.
  • New regulations are also hyperlinked to a .pdf file but are not “bold”. They remain in the page until their final incorporation to the respective basic act.
  • All regulations also have a link with the “Eur-Lex Directory” where you may see the regulation in several formats (pdf, html, etc), see its history (preceding acts, references, etc) and pick another language (All 27 Member States official languages are available)

National Legislation page

.

.

  • Every EU Regulation has to be incorporated into the Greek Legislation and usually the respective Ministerial Decisions have some supplementary elements customized for Greece.
  • All documents are in Greek
  • There are no consolidated versions, meaning that usually one has to take into consideration all series of documents amending the basic act
